Certain items such as hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish and items containing lithium batteries are required by the US Department of Transportation to be shipped via a ground service. Orders with these shipping requirements cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous US or via Rush or Express shipping methods. Some of our larger furniture pieces are shipped using a furniture delivery company. Standard delivery hours are between 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The delivery company will call to schedule your appointment. All truck deliveries include complementary placement of items inside your residence in your immediate entryway. Please be sure to include all pertinent shipping information at Checkout like your apartment, floor or building number.

No matter how many Unlimited Furniture Delivery items you place in a single order, your items will be delivered via truck for one $99.95 flat-rate fee. Unlimited Furniture Delivery items are unable to ship to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, islands within the continental US, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and locations outside of the US. Overnight and express delivery options are also unavailable.
